Chapter 1 - Acknowledgements

The Acknowledgement chapter is all about regarding everyone who ever shaped your life to date, who you can connect with in the shared sense of the same gift that it was given to you as.

Dig out from the 'get-go' everyone who you feel had a meaningful effect in your life and thereafter continue to return there as and when you feel alone or need to discover the type of people you need to be around now.

Here are some suggestions you might not have thought of about the people who made a difference to your life:

The post, courier, milk and dairy delivery people.

Veternarians

Gas station attendents

Sports attendents

Teachers, instructors and tutors

Social media influencers

Particular family members

Authors

As you can see how much we miss when we get a mental block on who to remember.  As a short exercise make a note of every person you say thank you to in a day and this can reveal the personal people to you by expanding your awareness of your current environment.

If you get to thinking that you want a different type of person in your life or professional workspace to be grateful for, add these to you 'Desires Chapter'.   As you progress, remember people are chameleon like and may change to be those people you need. Keep a good look out for changes in behaviour and adding them too. Very often what we are looking fro is right under our noses.
